Children's Ministry

A big part of our focus on discipleship at NCPC involves caring for our children. It is our desire that they would grow in their love of Jesus and learn what it means to live out their faith. Below are several of the ways in which we minister to children at NCPC.

Children's Ministry Opportunites:

Sunday Morning:

• Sunday School classes for ages 2 on up!
• Nursery Provided for infants - 2 yr.old
• Children's Church for 3-5yr. old during the sermon
• CAT Club for 1st - 3rd grade during the sermon

 

Sunday Evening:

• CAT Club II  for anyone of any age (5pm)

Summer:

Christ Central Summer Camp (AKA Vacation Bible School)

This year the Children’s Committee is focusing on “Missional Living” as we prepare for what has traditionally been VBS in previous years. Our desire is to go outside our church and share Christ with others in a meaningful way. We felt the best way to do that was to partner with Christ Central, and dedicate one night a week over the summer to build relationships with the Christ Central children. The purpose is to allow our own church members and covenant children the opportunity to share their faith and serve others.

• The camp will consist of dinner, games, relationship building, skills training, and a short Bible message.
• The camp will be held from 6 - 7:30 pm on the following dates:
  • June 24
  • July 22, 29
  • Aug. 5 (with a wrap up summer fun day the first weekend in August)

• Local Church Basketball League

• Reformation Celebration - October 31
